Inside an apartment from 1936, without lift, recently renovated and furnished with care, Residenza FillAnfi is located in the heart of the historic center of Lucca, in front of Piazza San Frediano, in a strategic position between Via Fillungo and Piazza dell’Anfiteatro.
In a few minutes it is possible to reach the most important and main attractions of the city, and beyond.
We have 5 bright and comfortable rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV and 1000 mega fiber wi-fi connection.
Upstairs, a lovely kitchen for shared use, where you can sip hot drinks and satisfy your palate, with a beautiful view of the square built on the remains of the ancient Roman amphitheatre.

The kindness of the owners, attentive to the guests’ needs and super friendly, the large, bright and well-heated room, the right-sized bathroom. Clean and cozy room. Isolated from the noise of the crowd of the central street. Perfect for resting after a day of walking to visit the city.

The property is renovated, in an excellent location, right in the center but at the same time very close to the car parks. The room was super clean. Although we are in the center, just close the windows and we have total silence. The owners are very warm and friendly. Four-legged friends are greatly appreciated without any additional fees! This structure was an excellent discovery 🤩 I highly recommend staying here! thank you so much ❤️
